Collection of Information By Others
This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this site, through this site. However, this site may contain links to other websites, including links that are placed there by us, such as third-party advertisements or text hyperlinks. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any other website. We encourage users of the site to be aware of when they leave the site, and to read the privacy policies of each and every website that collects personal data. A third party advertiser may obtain personal information that site visitors voluntarily submit to such third party to receive the services of the third party on its website, once a visitor has left this site. Electronic Form Filers
Any other information provided by a visitor at the request of FAME, such as the completion and electronic filing of a form, will be considered to be voluntarily provided by the visitor and will be treated in the same manner as information provided in written form or in person during a visit to the agency. Information provided may be subject to public inspection and legal disclosure and may be saved for a period of time before it is destroyed. It may be shared with another state agency or partner providing services for appropriate action.
