Vestwell Holdings, Inc. has acquired the NextGen 529 Program Manager, Sumday Administration, LLC, formerly a U.S. subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon. As a result of such transaction, Sumday is no longer affiliated with The Bank of New York Mellon. Sumday will continue to act as Program Manager. The Bank of New York Mellon will continue to provide custody, fund accounting, and recordkeeping services and will continue to be permitted to delegate certain of its responsibilities to its affiliates.
